Our Bump Cones are the original design to be a durable bump stop you can run all year but we found that when severely overloaded they can stretch far enough for the small end to get stuck inside the large end. We are discounting them significantly as once they are sold we will no longer produce more in a cone shape - the diamonds will be the shape going forward.
     Cones are 2" tall and made to slide over 1/2" OD shafts but can be slid over 14mm shafts with a little effort, 5/8" ID version also availble.
     These 1/2" ID will compress aproximately 1.200" before they spike when used with our BCAP-L 2140, BCUP 2140 Cup or BCAP 2140 Capsule and RRW500 Radiused Retainer Washers.
    5/8" ID Cones spike slightly sooner than 1/2" ID Cones.
     It is highly recommended that you use these with our specific cups and capsules to contain the expansion under load. If you choose to use another cup that does not contain the expansion you run the risk of failure from over expansion of the material. 
     Available in a range of stiffnesses to meet virtually any application. Orange is the softest then Blue, Yellow, Red and Teal the hardest.
