Bump Diamonds are the next step forward in bump stop performance and durability. The unique diamond shape compresses equally on each side as load increases.
     These are designed to be a durable bump stop you can run all year - no replacing them over and over like the foam versions on the market.
     They are 2" tall and made to slide over 1/2" OD shafts but can be slid over 14mm shafts with a little effort, 5/8" ID version also availble at checkout.
     The 1/2" ID version will compress aproximately 1.200" before they spike when used with our BCAP-L 2140, BCUP 2140 Cup or BCAP 2140 Capsule and RRW500 Radiused Retainer Washers. 5/8" ID versions spike about .100 sooner than 1/2" ID version.
     It is highly recommended that you use these with our specific cups and capsules to contain the expansion under load.
     If you choose to use another cup that does not contain the expansion you run the risk of failure from over expansion of the material.
     5 piece kits contain a range of stiffnesses to meet virtually any application. Orange is the softest then Blue, Yellow, Red and Teal, the hardest. Shallow cup, radiused retaining washer and shaft spacers included.
